Boundary description
The East Allen County district, as this project defines it, is the civil townships of Allen County, Indiana, in Townships 29, 30, 31, and 32 North, Ranges 13, 14, and 15 East of the Second Principal Meridian.
That is 12 townships, 372.90 square miles of land, and a 2020 Census population of 145,650. The line follows the township boundaries published by the Census Bureau. It does not follow city limits or school districts.
